Meal Planning..
I feel like if I plan ahead for what I will eat at every meal I can stay on track better. Otherwise I feel more hungry and give into more cookies which then I dig into my extra points a week. I usually tend to do about 5+ more each day from my alotted points, o do I love the extra weekly points!
I cook for my husband and I, and he LOVES everything that is not really healthy for you the more butter and cream and grease the better. Therefore I eat with him because itd be lame to eat my "smart ones" while he is partaking alone in yummy goodness. So I decided to figure out the points of casseroles that we all LOVE then its no big deal for everyone to eat together!
Poppy-seed chicken casserole:
1/2 cup= 7 points
1 cup white rice= 5 points
